Steve, the assistant who served me was brill, no pressure, offered us coffee/tea.

Greeted as soon as we entered, really liked the 'mechanical' bed as we had no idea what we wanted/needed. We were shown lots of different mattresses and given lots of information. We were offered drinks as we went through prices while everything was explained. Generally really good service, both very pleased.

Very personable salesman who gave us confidence in his knowledge, his attention to our needs and his encouragement to explore a range of options in order to best ensure we made the right choices for us.

Staff were very helpful and very informative enabling us to make a decision as to the product we needed.

I am highly satisfied with Dreams because the sales assistant was very helpful, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed into making a decision about which mattress to have and was I happy with the choice I made.

Kane the staff member who dealt with us was very personable and his expertise in the area of sleep was impressive. Your technology was very convincing and we came away having spent more than we anticipated but considered it money well spent. The refreshments were very appreciated.

Our assistant Kane met us warmly, was very friendly to us and children (keeping them busy with colouring whilst we shopped etc!). He was very knowledgable and gave some good advice. Overall very satisfied with our visit and purchase.

We received a welcome on arrival. Steve was excellent in helping us to find what we were looking for (a new mattress). We were highly satisfied by the interaction with Steve, who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. We did not feel any pressure to purchase at any point.

Claire was very knowledgeable and friendly. She showed me several options that fitted my want list but there was one that stood out above the rest.
