Kane was absolutely fantastic. Had so much product knowledge and explained and showed us suitable products. Good humour as well

The chap who served us "Kane" was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable, and excellent ambassador for the company and a true advocate of the products, his advice was exceptional. He demonstrated all of the possible additional products from pillows, sheets, and mattress covers all while chatting over a cup of tea, he should be commended for his passion.

our salesman was called Steve, who asked us lots of questions he then gave us tea while he sorted out our needs .we tride lots of beds , he recommended for two 83 young couple as he put it we also tride bas units pillow and he ad board we then sate dowm and place an order steve is a credit to your company you are very lucky to have such a patient gentleman this order is at exeter branch

The Exeter Branch's staff were exceptional: Reasons being both wide and detailed, too long for a survey.

I went to the Exeter store quite late, just looking. Kane was incredibly helpful, talked me through the sleepmatch and then allowed me to test the matches. When I wasn’t sure he asked questions which really helped to clarify what I wanted and enabled me to decide on the best choice.

Great help finding a sofa using the sleep check option. Really helpful as I honestly wasn't sure what I was looking for. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.
