The recommendation of the bed based on the measurement of the pressure which our body feels makes difference from that we just pick up and try what we feel comfortable.

All to do with Claire, the assistant there. She was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. To be honest we may not of bought anything if it wasn't for her.

Bed purchased for a family member with dementia. Assistant called Kane was very knowledgeable about the condition and explained how the mattress would be able to support person pushing themself up to get out of bed. Kane discussed all the options available to me. A very knowledgable, helpful and courteous member of staff and I’d have no hesitation in returning to the Exeter branch or in recommending it to friends and family.

Easy parking right outside the store. Big store, very well laid out, spacious and clean with a great selection of beds at all prices. We only wanted a budget double bed as a guest bed and were so pleased to find just the right one, in the colour we wanted, at a great sale price. Delivery time is highly satisfactory and we think that the £20 to install the bed and take away all the packing, considering there is no charge, is excellent value. Staff were on hand to assist but were not too pushy. Overall a very happy shopping experience.

When we arrived we were greeted with a smile, and the offer of a hot drink which was lovely. We hadn't planned to visit the store but with all the help and information we were given we tried a few different mattresses. Kane helped us from start to finish and had an amazing knowledge of the products, back ground and technical info about pretty much everything.

Kane served my wife and myself. He made us feel very welcome and took his time to find out exactly what we were looking for. His knowledge of his products impressed us both. Kane let us know exactly how much we were spending and explained fully the deposit and monthly amount we would need to pay. We felt visiting this store was a pleasant experience and cannot wait for our product to arrive. We will definately recommend this store to our friends
