store colleague Steve was very welcoming and had a very pleasing manner. He took great time and trouble to ensure we purchased the correct product for our needs. Time was never an issue and made sure we had the information we needed, He also made excellent coffee!!

Having never been bed or mattress shopping before, I didn’t know what to expect. Jacqueline the sales assistant was very helpful and understanding, and guided me through all of my options, spending plenty of time with me but leaving me to make my choice when I needed some time. I felt very well looked after!
