We received an immediate welcome from Jackie when we entered the store. We explained our requirements and were introduced to your automated device for assessing our sleep comfort needs. We were provided with about 8 mattresses choices and found one we liked after trying out all of the options.

I required a new mattress so started looking for one. Dreams happened to be quite near me so started with you and am very pleased I did. The service I got from entering your door was excellent. The salesman Kahn was first class. Thank you

Exeter is a brilliant store and the staff were very patient with myself and my 11 year old son. Especially Steve who went out of his way to help us.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Gave us time to look and try, giving us help when we needed it, but not pushing us to buy. Good range of mattresses to chose from and it was interesting and helpful to use the technology, which analysis your needs.

The service was excellent and we got exactly what we wanted and on budget.
