Both staff that dealt with us were amazingly helpful, got us to the right mattress for us and also so kind to our children

The sales rep was very knowledgeable about the materials in the product and he was very friendly but not pushy at all. We were advised to use the sleepmatch machine which was amazing, helping us choose which bed we needed and speeded up the process a lot. All our queries were answered in a very comprehensive way. We didn’t feel rushed or hassled at all and we were even offered some tea!

Jackie was friendly knowledgeable and gave us the time and ability to choose the most suitable product.

Sales representative ‘steve’ was polite, attentive and listened to our opinion. He made every effort to ensure we were not rushed, had all options and prices made available to aid our decision. He gave us his attention, and patience, we had time to rest and consider the options within the store. The whole team were supportive, polite and well presented. He is credit to your company and this store clearly a credit to your brand. We have viewed other london/Essex based stores with a much lower opinion; it was with hesitation we entered the store, but so pleased we did.

Good range if products in store. Friendly and attentive service and the recognition that we knew what we wanted so we were left to browse.

We were dealt with by both Steve and Kane on separate visits, both of whom had excellent product knowledge and advise, were helpful and spent a lot of time with us. Professional, polite and neither were pushy, thank you.

Good product knowledge from Kane. Helped us to choose a product that was right for us. Felt like we had made a better choice than with previous mattress purchases at other retailers!

We went into browse but the assistants personality knowledge and friendly help that was not at all pushy made us realise this would be a good purchase
