Very good staff show us lots of beds he work out a mattress which would suit us very helpful and please will the bed and mattress we ordered

Really good customer service in store. Staff were helpful without being over bearing and helped me find what I was looking for. In and out of the shop in 35 minutes with what I had been looking for . Great service.

Great customer service, a free coffee and a great deal on a returned trial mattress. Left the store feeling good . Huge reduction on price . Staff ( Jackie ) very helpful.

Member of staff Claire came over to us not long after we had arrived. Enough time to get comfortable before being pounced on by a sales assistant. We explained the nature of our visit and quickly got round to finding the right mattress for us. Claire was funny, engaging and knew her stuff. Managed to find what we wanted and she gave us time to think it over without the pressure of someone stood over you. Pleasant experience throughout.
