Prompt and friendly service, in fact we returned a few days later and purchased a further item

I was looking to price a well needed replacement mattress. I looked at one I had seen in line and tried out in Firm. Steve then showed me one which had been further reduced which I was reticent at first because I’m not keen on memory foam but in trying it out was completely sold. I was left to test it whilst Steve made me a cracking cup of tea. I’m so delighted at having made the purchase which I thought was going to be a lengthy and cumbersome process. It couldn’t have been easier! Steve was brilliant and definitely knew his stuff. He as an excellent advisor on the questions so had.

We shopped at Exeter Dream. Very helpful staff in Jackie and Steve. Able to answer our questions and conundrums, and point out different options/ combinations. No pressure applied and we were able to go away, consider, and then return.

Steve was very knowledgeable about the products available and gave me plenty of time to try out the mattresses. He also used the electronic equipment to find the correct mattress for my body and sleep position and showed me a good range.At no time did I feel pressurised into buying anything.

Very good customer service

The attitude of staff from the moment we walked through the door was happy and couldn't do enough to help. There was no hassle at any stage of the process and it was a pleasure to spend the time looking for the right product.

I pretty much knew what I wanted and although the store did not carry the item I had seen on line Claire was able to show me a comparable product

The staff in store were super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us find a bed to suit us.

We received help from the store manager Rob. He was excellent from start to finish and answered all our questions and more. He was exceptionally friendly and professional.
