I had the test to say which type of bedding would be suitable for my needs. God clear information re different beds and price range. Staff willing to repeat advice to family member accompanying me.

Steve was friendly & welcoming, he listened to our bed needs, identifying the issues with our current almost new mattress, he allowed us time to try out many different beds which were specific to our requirements, allowing our annoying, demanding children to try out electric beds allowing us to fully concentrate & decide on our final, all important purchase (we cannot go on any longer with our current mattress, just a poor, gutting, expensive purchase!).

We managed to buy a bed and mattress without too much stress, we had our 2 young children with us and they were given colouring which kept them busy. We were left to shop and think about our decision which helped with our purchase, we didn't feel pressured into buying something we didn't want or need. Very good service!

I attended the dreams store in Exeter with my wife and two children, Steve went out of his way to occupy the children with some colouring whilst we could focus on finding the ideal bed and mattress to suit our needs. We were put onto an in store mattress finder, which was fun, and it led us to a mattress I wouldn’t have dreamed of purchasing however once we tried it we had to buy it as we instantly fell in love with it.

Kane was very knowledgable & extremely helpful, he also seemed to be extremely passionate about the products which I find rare in retail.
