The staff gave us their undivided attention, understood whatbwe wanted and didn't push is on our budget. Fantastic.

The two members of staff were very friendly. The woman who served us gave us lots of information and was very helpful but also gave us time to browse the store without feeling pressured by time or to make a purchase.

Steve was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and my delivery time was perfectly timed for my house move. I cannot fault the products or disservice I received. The prices of new beds etc was a lot higher than expected, however I last bought one 20years ago.

The staff member we talked to was extremely nice. Metal brother Kane from the Exeter store was incredibly helpful, very nice and I had a good chat with him about my band Poison Crow and Metal music. I enjoy talking to people helping me in stores that I share interests in.

Advisor Jackie was very knowledgeable and helpful. Able to both give advice and leave us to try out. We returned again because of her great service. Kane was also excellent
