Steve the sales rep was brilliant from start to finish, no pressure sale and found us what we were after listening to our criteria

We were given the time to look around without being pressured into anything and that made us feel at ease. Jackie our sales representative was very polite and helped us find the right mattress for our budget. Overall a very stress free experience. This is our second purchase from Dreams and won't be our last if the service we received is anything to go by.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the mattresses I tried - she was also patient and did not push to hard to sell - it was very apparent that the mattress I chose was right for me and that was important to her.

The sales assistant Kane was fantastic. Really knowledgeable. Took the time to listen to what we were looking for, showed us what to be looking for and gave us much better understanding of the options, even willing to explain products that were not in the Dreams range as a comparison.

We were greeted by Kane our sales assistant and he was very attentive and listened to what we required. He was very knowledgeable on the products sold and put us into a machine to assess our sleep type and then swiftly ensured that we were shown the options. He did all of this whilst also waiting patiently for us to deal with our little boy. There was no pressure or hard sell and when we went back to the store later on we were again greeted politely but recognised as customers who had been in earlier and picked up from where we left off.

I originally spoke to Rob who really knew his products. Nothing was rushed and he did not overkill the sale. I returned to make my purchase because of this. When I did return I wanted to recheck the mattress was the best fit for me and Steve kindly spent time going through my options. Again a friendly and knowledgeable service.

We were greeted as soon as we went in. We were both made a drink which is a nice touch. Kane who served us knew everything about the products and answered all our questions. It was an over all nice experience and would definitely go back there and send our friends there.

We came to the store knowing what we wanted and the colleague serving us (Jackie) led us straight to the item, demonstrated the operation and allowed us to test it comfortably. She then attentively talked through our particular requirements and we left feeling very happy with our purchase.
