We were greeted and dealt with by a knowledge and friendly member of staff. We felt at ease and comfortable throughout our shopping experience. We found the store well presented and using the Sleepmatch system was a bonus.

Rob was fantastic. He gave brilliant customer service right from the start. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He was very helpful and friendly but wasn’t at all pushy. Offered us a hot drink and gave me a pillow so I could try out the mattresses. Really felt like a valued customer. Felt completely satisfied with the service and will recommended Rob to anyone looking for a new bed!

We were greeted by Steve at the Alphington store as soon as we entered. He was extremely professional, a wealth of knowledge, patient and extremely understanding of our requirements, nothing was too much trouble.

Steve from Exeter was amazing in helping us! From entering the store to ordering we felt at ease with the whole process, nothing was a problem and he spent the time with us to try almost every mattress to find the right one.
