We got a lot of help, we understood the products and there was a lot to try in store

From the moment we walked into the store Rob went above and beyond for us! He was very non-pushy allowing us to not feel pressured into a purchase but also suggesting options which would best fit our needs. We went into the store looking for a mattress and Rob did everything he could to help us find the exact one we needed. His friendly and helpful approach really put us at ease and made buying our mattress a very easy and satisfying process. Can not recommend Store Manager Rob at Exeter enough!

We where served by Rob and Steve to exceptional men who took the time to find out what sort of bed and mattress that we need they know there job inside and out your greeted in a really professional manner they don't push you to buy anything they listen to what you have to say and they work round that could not ask for better service I have been a manager of a shop believe me there fantastic

From the minute we entered the store we were greeted with the utmost politeness from Kane (Karl) at the Exeter store.. Very impressed with his knowledge of the products and the patience he showed to a confused customer. He certainly went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the bed, mattress and headboard I finally ordered, even after changing my mind a couple of times. Cannot praise him enough .... thank you Kane!
