Helpful and friendly support from Paul and the bed machine (can't remember what it was called) that matches you to the right type of bed was really useful

Kane was friendly and very patient in explaining the products. The sleep match was interesting and he allowed plenty of time for us to try different mattresses.

The salesman Kane was very knowledgeable and we were neither rushed or felt under pressure. We feel that we were helped with good advice to make the right choice for us.

very friendly knowledgable staff that were extremely welcoming very efficient made the experience of choosing a bed less stressful than i thought it would be we were extremely impressed that our choice of bed could be made being well informed

My Fiancé and I came into store looking for a new mattress. We had a low budget to work with. We were initially greeted my Claire who was serving other customers on the interactive bed station. As she was busy with other customers, she ensured that we were given help by the store manager, Rob. We did the interactive bed station to discover what type of product that would be suitable for us. Rob made us feel very comfortable and his product knowledge was second to none. We were both very impressed by his product knowledge and also his attention to detail. Rob guided throughout the store to try each bed that was recommended for us.. the firmness, style, comfort etc. Once we decided on the mattress he guided us through the payment process. Rob went above and beyond with his customer service. When we have moved into our new home in January and can afford to treat ourselves to a well needed King size bed.. we will definitely be coming to back to Dreams in Exeter to see Rob and the team! Thank you for a fantastic experience.. we’re looking forward to having a great nights sleep!

Stephen (Alphington, Exeter) was very friendly and helpful - he has a great rapport with customers and is an asset to the store and company. My partner and I found the 'Sleepmatch' helpful and it informed our decision about the mattress that we eventually purchased. Please to receive teas and coffees too - the whole experience was relaxed, positive and informative and there was no sales pressure from any staff member

The person who helped us really knew his stuff. He explained things clearly and in depth, had the right level of friendliness and expertise. Very impressed.

The lady who served us appeared knowledgable and did not rush us and clearly answered our questions. The cup of tea was a nice touch!
