The staff member dealing with me was extremely friendly and helpful. He knew the product range and helped me very quickly find what I wanted. A good sense of humour was shared throughout.

We were given the opportunity to browse before being approached and the sales assistant came to help us when we were ready. He could not have been more helpful, offering advice, giving us options and plenty of time to try different combinations of products until we fulfilled all of our needs. He also made an excellent cup of tea!

As a young first time buyer (24) but I look 21. When going into shops to look at furniture in the past I feel like I was taking seriously like I was going to waste time. In Dreams Jackie came straight over really friendly, professional and good sense of humour which made me feel like a valued customer and wasn’t treated differently due to my age. All in all great service.

Claire went above and beyond to ensure we found what we where looking for. Claire listened to our needs. She was very attentive, and upon our second return to the store to purchase remembered us. She showed us a few matrasses that where suited to us by the computer mattrass. She had a very good understanding of each item, no question was to silly.

Josephine was kind, knowledgable, gave us assistance but also gave us time to browse alone.
