During my purchase I was helped by Kane, who I cannot praise enough. He juggled multiple customers on his own at the same time, without looking stressed or making anyone feel left out. He has excellent product knowledge, and his attention to detail and person centred service ensured an incredible experience. Welcoming me with a genuine smile straight away when I walked in and offering me a drink, which he give me one of his own tea bags for, was such a significant personal touch which made the whole experience outstanding. Kane asked questions to personalise my shopping experience, sincerely listening to my needs & using the sleepmatch to give the best advice. From his expertise on mattresses and providing a pillow during mattress testing, Kane demonstrated exeptional knowledge on the human body, which helped me to understand how a mattress should feel and ensured I left with the best option for me. Kane is attentive, has great expertise and a great asset to the Dreams team. As a (neuro)psychologist I can say that he, without a doubt, is the reason which made my experience 10/10!

We were met by a friendly lady who happily put us on your computerised bed to assist with our choice of mattress. She then let us try out several mattresses to find one we liked, in our price range. Each time we also had a pillow of our choice for comfort. Having made our choice we were offered tea or coffee , which we declined. We then made all necessary arrangements for delivery & payment of the new items , & disposal of our old mattress. It was the best service we have ever received in a store.

We have never shopped at dreams before and when we entered the store we were welcomed by Steve who we found to be very easy to talk to he asked if we would like a drink with was a nice touch we went through our requirements with him and he guided us through that was available with out any pressure at all we made our choice and were very satisfied with our purchase and the service we received.
