All very good, the size of the store limited the product selection, not much can really be done about that!

The service and product knowledge given by Kane was excellent.

The sales assistant took the time to understand our needs and listed to our wishes. They introduced us to your sleep match analysis and provided a comprehensive list of suitable mattresses from which we made our selection.

We sere greeted promptly on entering the store and dealt with most efficiently by Steve. He gave us time on our own following the trials on a number of beds.

The staff who helped us were friendly and knowledgeable. There was a wide range of products to choose from, and the assistance given was very good - Kane obviously knew his stuff about the mattresses. The Sleepmatch facility was a bit of fun but not very helpful in the end.

Was offered assistance as soon as walked in. The gentleman was very informative polite offered beverages. Sorted us out in no time. Just what we like.
