Dreams - Exeter

We really enjoyed our time at dreams as we were very unsure what we were looking for in a mattress as it was our first time buying one. But the staff were so helpful and quickly recognised that we were struggling and helped us with the process. We had Jackie who made us feel more confident in our choice but didn’t hover over us when making our decision. She gave us lots of good advise which we really appreciate. Overall very happy with the service and the mattress we bought today.

I really liked the sleep matching bed, I’m very fussy buying new beds and it was great to take the guess work out of it

Clare the sales assistant was very informative,she knew the products and was very helpful

Extremely friendly helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about products. Only 'satisfied' with time until assistance was offered - no fault of staff. Only 2 staff working on a busy Sun morning. Staff were already dealing with customers. Didn't have to wait too long

Steve and his colleague were very helpful, and knowledgeable. We used the sleep match by dreams, with our different needs they explained which mattress would be the best match for us both. They didn't mind the time we spent in store with three children in tow this was not a challenge and with a cup a tea in hand we made our purchase, this is great customer service which is hard to find in this day and age. Looking forward to our new bed arriving on our chosen date.

Steve made us a coffee did the dreams test with me and talked me through it all. Got me some pillows and explained each mattress before I tried them and carried the pillows to each one. Had a bit of fun banter with him. I had only gone in to look but brought a mattress but didn't fee at all pressured. Enjoyable visit

The Exeter store was not busy at the time of my visit which may have given an unrepresentative image. With this in mind I found the staff attentive and to have good product knowledge. After selecting my purchase delivery arrangements were made very quickly and the item delivered the following week as agreed.
