Jackie was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. She has an excellent manner and is obviously very experienced and good at her job.

from the moment we entered to the point of leaving we were looked after very well greeted by kane as soon as we walked in given coffee and looked after us really well knew about the product we bought.plus he was very polite not pushy like some salesman ive met

Steve was so helpful with us as am Disabled wheelchair bound, paralysed from the waist down, this meant it was not easy to choose a mattress to suit me, but Steve was so helpful and understanding of my situation, and guided us showing us mattresses that would suit my needs, un fortunately there were not many on show that I found perfect for my needs, as I had a quite difficult request, with depth, firmness, also they couldn't have tufts, the ones we did find were all medium, and I needed Firm but not hard, so this time we did not find the perfect one, but will come back and look again in a month or so. Thanks Steve so much.

Kane was extremely helpful. He was dealing with us and another couple at the same time but this worked really well as it gave us time trying out mattresses and discussing things between ourselves. His product knowledge was excellent and he was very friendly. He gave us confidence in what he told us. Lets hope the mattresses lives up to the expectations.

Every thing about sleep was explained to me.

Myself, my partner, my mother-in-law to be and our daughter was highly satisfied with the service of Steve, your colleague in store. We was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as we came through your store door, he asked us what we was looking for and took the time out to understand our needs as parents and for our 4 year old daughter. His product knowledge was phenomenal, a fountain of knowledge, but wasn't pushy about selling the super expensive beds or mattresses but helping us to stick within our budget. Getting the best quality for the money we had. Steve made a real effort to interact with our daughter, which means a lot as usually they are always forgotten about. He told us not to worry about her trying the beds out as after all one will be for her. He took us to the beds that he thought matched our needs whilst also inviting us to try the dreams sleep match. Steve also considered and gave us the best advice when it came to health needs, such as beds that help lower back pain which me and my partner suffer with. Steve's hospitality was perfect, even offering us all a hot drink, making us feel valued and relaxed.

Kane greeted us as we entered the store. We're always wary of pressure salesmen but he was good humoured, helpful and gave us space. We were invited to take the Sleepmatch test which was not only interesting but lead us to a helpful shortlist of our ideal mattress. It was great then to be able to take our time to select (and actually try out) the beds within our budget. We left feeling we'd selected exactly what we need and are now looking forward to our delivery date. This will be our first night in a comfortable bed after three years living in a caravan while we built our new home. Good things come to those who wait!! Thanks Kane
