Very helpful and knowledgable assistant even had a coffee thank you. We were going to ikea but the assistant was so good we stayed with you and bought our bed.

We were extremely pleased with the warm welcome we received from Rob and Jackie, and the high level of knowledge that they both had about the products. Rob introduced us to the sleep match technology that greatly helped us choose a mattress. The professionalism and friendliness shown by Rob and Jackie persuaded us to buy on our visit rather than go back to Furniture Village and have another look there. So Rob and Jackie definitely helped make our mind up to spend our money at Dreams rather than a competitor, and so I believe they are both great assets to Dreams.

Efficient friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

We visited the store to see the item we wanted to buy in person and was going to purchase the order online as we get 5% discount through my company, upon explaining this to a member of staff Jackie she was very good and told us she could apply the 5% discount in store and that she could proceed with the order there and then for us which made the purchase really easy for us.

The man that assisted us was very helpful, polite and understood our needs. He knows the products and has experience on sales. He made different suggestions for products that we may want to have based in our discussion. We are satisfied by the quality and the prices also with the costume service
