Dreams - Exeter

Really friendly staff. Never pushed into anything. Given time to talk and look.

We visited several bed stores to purchase two beds and mattresses for my daughters first home. We visited Dreams Exeter a got a quote and then checked the measurements and realised we needed to chose something slightly smaller. We arrived at Dreams Exeter about three quarters of an hour before they were due to close but we were made so welcome and not rushed at all . Kane spent time explaining everything until we decided on exactly what we wanted

Rob was very attentive and by no means pushy. He explained everything we needed to know and gave us the space to consider our options before making any decisions

Having already selected the products as a potential purchase online we wished to see the product first. We were were allowed to wander for a few minutes without being pounced upon before being offered a friendly greeting by Jackie. She checked our needs and showed us options before taking us to place our order. She greeted other customers along the way assuring them of her attention very shortly but without putting us to one side. Very pleasant and thoughtful service

The staff were very friendly, multiple people came to ask if we would like assistance and happy to answer any questions we had. We didn’t have much time left to make the order in store so we’re going to do it over the phone but the gentleman who completed our order for in store was very speedy and helped us get the best possible deal and the delivery date we were hoping for.

Claire was super helpful but not too pressuring. She showed us a variety of options explaining each one and getting to know our needs.

The lady (Claire) who helped us was absolutely brilliant! Really helpful, very knowledgeable on the products we were looking at, patient while we were taking our time making our decisions & we all had a good laugh in the process! The other members of staff we spoke to in the store were all fabulous too.

Jackie the advisor was excellent I’ll wait’ until product delivered before commenting further !

The staff was excellent.. found the bed for me left knowing I had bought the right product. Much better than any of the competitors I visited
