Welcomed when we arrived, explained in detail the best type of bed needed through the tech on offer. Offered a cup of coffee when deciding, kids entertained with colouring whilst we made decision. Great customer service from start to finish

The Exeter store are fantastic, personable, friendly. Knowledgeable and high efficient. its a shame other retailers don't have the same commitment from their staff, but a benefit to you as I am sure more business is secured.

It was so easy - the bed we liked was on display so we were able to see it before ordering. The sales assistant was extremely helpful and also managed to upsell - we were dithering regarding buying a mattress at the same time but due to his patience, product knowledge etc we bought it there and then rather than go back later.

From walking into the store we received a very friendly greeting from the staff. Didnt feel pressured to buy anything. We told the salesman what we were looking for and he showed us options. Very helpful chap.

We were spoken to in a friendly manner the minute we entered the store with a cheerful "good morning". We then spent a wonderful time with Jackie and were introduced to a mind blowing experience with the magic bed! Never experienced anything like that but it was so exact. Jackie then explained the outcome of the findings from the "magic bed" and explained very succinctly which colour codes would suit our needs. Low and behold, it worked. Then came the very difficult task of selecting or deselecting to narrow our choices down. This we did and at the end stage we were offered a hot drink which was a very welcome addition to the experience. This girl knows her stuff and we came away, albeit a bit lighter in the pocket, very cheerful. Thank you.

Firstly we pop in to Harvey's and the sales assistant there was okay but trying to get a sale rather then a happy customer. Headed over to Dreams( Exeter) and was greeted by Steve and he made the whole experience effortless. Firstly asked us if we would like a drink and what our names were. Then he asked what he could do to help.He showed us to the new sleep match and made our experience there so helpful and his knowledge was incredible.Being an ex sales assistant myself Steve impressed me and my mum. My mum suffers with rheumatoid arthritis and as soon as Steve placed her on the mattress(the sleep match found) she smiled.In the end we ended up buying a new bed frame/headboard and mattress as it was the most effortless shopping experience we have ever had. So Overall I would like to Say a big thanks to Steve and Dreams team.
