Rob was brilliant. He took us through that techy bit of sleep analysis. Selected a range then spent time take us through each of the options. Really knowledgeable and helpful.. Spent more than we were originally going to do but really happy we've got the package we needed. Looking forward to improved sleeping for the next 20 years.

The lady who served us (Jackie) was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She showed patience with my son (who is autistic) while he tried several mattresses.

Kane was brilliant. Helpful, considerate and informative. Didn’t feel salesy. Rest of the team were on hand as well.

We were greeted on our entry to the store and allowed to browse without pressure. When we were ready the staff were on hand to guide us. The member of staff who assisted us (Kane) was friendly and knowledgeable. Over a cup of coffee he guided us through the Sleepmatch process and introduced us to a range of products that matched the results of the Sleepmatch. He listened to our feedback and finetuned what we were looking at. The result being we ordered what we are sure will be the most comfortable combination of bed, mattress and pillows.

A friendly welcome,a great introduction and talk relating the science behind the dream.The sleepmatch diagnosis ,we felt was spot on. After which we were promptly sent to bed then woken up with a nice cup of tea. A really humane experience.No pressure .Just an honest approach and the product sold themselves. Even to the variants off pillows. We are really looking forward to the night after delivery.

We were assisted by sales assistant Jackie in Exeter. Jackie was helpfilul., really knowledgable and took the time to find out about us and our needs Our experience was perfect even offered refreshments a pillow of our choice along with the high tech stuff for best experience and choice.
