Easy and pleasant experience

Kane in the Exeter branch, was helpful, understanding and assisted me and my partner in our search for a new bed, he was that good st selling a bed, we purchased a storage chest.

Helpful but not overbearing staff. No hard sell. Professional and efficient.

My wife and I visited Dreams, Alphington, Exeter, Devon to purchase a bed following 6 weeks of trying to purchase a bed at NEXT. The customer service, shopping experience and friendliness of Steve was excellent and was quite refreshing following the appalling service we had received from NEXT. Steve is a great asset to you company - he was affable, polite and most importantly of all not pushy. I would have no hesitation to recommend Dreams, Alphington, Exeter to all my friends. I had no idea you existed in Exeter (it was just by chance we drove by your showroom) so maybe some local marketing of the branch would be a good idea! VALIDATION CODE: B304

The whole experience was great from start to finish. We were really looked after by our adviser, Steve, who made us feel really welcome and at home. He took us through the sleep assessment, which was very insightful, and made recommendations based on that. He couldn't have been any friendlier or more knowledgeable. Although it was a big purchase, I felt at ease and never felt pressured. Genuinely a lovely experience.

Nothing was too much trouble the gentleman who helped me get the correct bed for myself was knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured into buying the bed.

Great choice of mattresses. I knew which make I wanted but was shown all the different options and took my time choosing, trying them out several times.
