Friendly staff, welcoming to the children (gave them a drink and colouring during the visit and a balloon at the end). Staff was also knowledgeable on beds, mattress and pillows. Happy to go the extra to find the perfect bed for my husband and I.

Kane was very professional and having checked which bed was the most suitable ensured we tried a range of options to ensure we could see the differences before deciding. Kane demonstrated a high level of knowledge and clearly applied this to our specific requirements.
