Dreams - Exeter

We had a lovely experience purchasing our bed. Jackie was very kind. She left us to sit on our chosen mattress for ages to make sure we were happy. She even made me an excellent cup of tea. I would highly recommend dreams beds and specifically dreams in Exeter devon

popped in to check out new beds, met Jackie who took me through the stock at the price I wanted and introduced me to a sale matress and then to a base which I loved, she was interested in my requirements and very helpful and happy, so I bought the matress and base and im a happy customer

The bed which analised your sleep position and shortlisted the matresses is brilliant. Staff very friendly knowledgable and helpfull

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We were looking for a suitable mattress and used the 'Sleepmatch' system to help us find the best mattresses to try. This worked well and we chose a mattress from the suggested list it produced.

It was our 2nd time of visiting the store & the same assistant was extremely helpful as the previous time. He did us some good deals, made us cups of coffee & was very attentive . We hope the bed is as good as his recommendations once it arrives!!

We went to dreams in Exeter a couple of months back to look around. We went back on Sunday 1st Dec to buy our bed. On entering the store we were greeted by Stephen who remembered us from our previous visit. Same as the last time he was very friendly and full of advice and knowledge. He made us laugh at the same time as giving us great advice for the mattress we were going to buy and talked us through the delivery so we are fully aware of what will happen. He’s a great asset to the store and company.
