Dreams - Exeter

Really nice and friendly experience. We visited the store twice over 2 days. We went with no idea on what type of mattress or frame we wanted, we were given so much help, advice and support on both visits and left making the perfect order for us. The staff were great and the pricing of products was really really good. We also loved the sleep match. Great experience in the store, can’t wait for our delivery.

From the very first minute, we were offered a chocolate, cup of tea, and it felt like talking to a friend! We had a two month old with us, and more than one member of staff had a chat with us. Very impressed! Jon was very helpful, considering he was a new member of staff. Helped us pick out a mattress using his knowledge as we knew nothing! Jacqueline's assistance when helping Jon process the order was second to none. All round, it couldn't of been better!

I took my soon to be 6 year old and parents to the Exeter branch. I’d gone in with a view to buy 2 mattresses. A salesman called Jon approached us after a few minutes (this is a nice change from being jumped on within seconds). He asked what we were looking, which my mum gave him rather blunt replies (she is rather rude). Jon very politely explained each mattress to which my daughter threw off of her coat/boots to try them all out. I apologised but Jon said it was fine. My mum kept advising it has to be cotton, etc. Jon was ever so polite. My mum shopping is like having Mrs Bouquet with you! After this Jon made us some hot drinks and let us chat. My dad (the politest man in the world) pointed out the bunk bed was in the clearance as ex-disp. My daughter loved it and the mattresses were comfy. We asked Jon about the bunk and he said would be delivered within a week. This was a little problem as I live in Wales and needed it ASAP. Thankfully Jon and Rob agreed to take it apart after hours so my dad could come Friday morning to drive it to Wales. If this is not fantastic service I do not know what is. Not only did they make my day but Jon put up with my mums comments and tone!

The member of staff helping us with our purchase wasn’t pushy or overbearing, he just guided and gave good advice.

Good knowledge and feiendly

Rob was friendly and patient and was not pushy, he even gave directions to competitors to enable us to make comparisons. He quickly narrowed down our choices but did not try and push us to make a decision and we came away confident that we had the right product.

Our service assistant Claire in the exeter branch was just lovely. She was super helpful and helped us find our perfect mattresses with the new electronic system (I’ve forgotten the name). She was lovely and got our order placed quickly and made sure we were satisfied everything was perfect.

Very good with my children and taking the time with us to make the right choice for our needs very happy

Kane greeted us as soon as we walked into the store. Identified our needs and showed us suitable options. 5 star service from start to finish Would definitely buy from dreams again after this experience.
