We had an overall good experience with all the staff being very friendly and professional. We were not rushed and could take our time. We left feeling we had great value for the money we spent.

Jackie was extremely helpful with helping us to find the right mattress for us -which we bought and also ended up buying a bed frame too! She was very friendly with our daughter while we were there for over an hour! And also during our phone call after the shop had shut - get our order in and finished for us.

I have already written a long and very happy review! ...only at the point of moving on was any mention of character limit - strongly suggest that you limit the box! By time I'd reduced my glowing review session had timed out! Now frustrated!! Glowing review was about the people... Exeter staff absolutely fantastic on all levels!

I had a good welcome from Carl, he was very helpful, patient and knowledgable in answering my questions about your products...resulting in my purchasing both bed,mattress and sofa bed.

We were immediately greeted and offered a drink, were given a pillow to suit our needs to try out the beds, we did the sleep match to check our needs. The staff were very friendly without being overbearing. I was very impressed

Kane and Rob from Exeter were both very helpful and highly knowledgeable. They both took the time to find us what we needed and between them both we left happy with the overall price and didn't need to shop elsewhere.

I made several trips to the store and Jackie and colleagues were, each time, extremely helpful but not pushy which enabled me to make my decision at a leisurely pace.

Jackie was very helpful, we had previously been in to see her about purchasing a bed frame but the one we had seen online wasn't in the Exeter store. However she was very helpful saying she had seen it at the road show and how it actually looked etc. She also offered us an alternative to think about. After exchanging contracts on our house we returned to the store, Jackie was busy with another customer so we waited for her and in the mean time where spoken to by at least 3 other members of staff to see if we were okay. Jackie placed our order for a bed frame as well as helping us chose a duvet and pillows. Overall couldn't fault anything.

Met/greeted by Carl, very competent and not pushing sales person, loads of knowledge, put me at ease, discussed all options, went around the store looking at all the options. Offered my mum and myself a drink, chocolates, good customer relations, talked and discussed pillows, deals, prices, range of mattress using the instore sleep matcher, which was very cleaver. Showed me options from lowest to highest range. Left me to think and discuss with my mum my options, leaving me feeling relaxed to make a choice. The deal included pillows which sold the mattress combination to me. Finance agreement took a little time to sort but Carl managed the whole process well. Would recommend highly, would and will return in the future to the store and seek this sales man. Took out the finance option as it was 0%apr which was a great option. All in all a good experience, learnt alot and the science of sleep from the very passionate and knowledgable sales person. Very happy with the experience, more than I had intended to pay but seems a logical and best buy to me.

We were first approached by Tatum, who very kindly pointed by husband in the direction of the bathroom (we'd been out of the house since 11am so it was incredibly useful for you to have facilities on site!). We then spoke to Jon, who kindly explained the differences between solid bed base and sprung slats. Had it not been for him, we probably would have selected a solid base (because it was a bit cheaper) but this would not have met our needs. We then spoke with the store manager, Rob, who was extremely helpful and helped us order the bed we had seen online. We had tried to order online but Rob explained it was still under development and therefore not working quite as well as expected. However, Tatum, Jon and Rob made it such a good experience, we were glad we attend your store.
