Staff were knowledgeable helpful but not too intrusive.

We were not pressured like in other stores but given time to look around on our own and then an assistant was readily available to answer our questions when we had narrowed down a choice. Order process quick and easy. No hard sell which always encourages us to buy

We had been in 4 other shops before dream to find a mattress, service in those shops didn't even come close. we walked in asked if we would like to go on the machine that works out what bed would be best for our body shop etc and then offered a cup of tea while we looked and tested mattress out. straight away there were 3 singled out to us by Jon, while we was talking and working out what to buy Jon gave our kids some colouring and fruit shoot. Top quality customer service and we will be back again when time comes for the kids beds.

The staff were very friendly and informative of the mattresses available. They provided great understanding of which mattress was best for my body to get a good nights sleep. Their dream machine was very clever in finding the best mattress for me.

The Staff were very knowledgable and friendly & gave us time and privacy to explore the store and the products. The information offered was very useful in making a decision which had been a problem bothering us for some time. Although the choice of headboards seemed a bit limited / repetitive, was glad to find just one available - the Shoran- which was uniquely different and beautifully made.

The overall attention and friendliness from the staff was very welcome.

Brought from Dreams in Exeter, assistant Kane was very helpful and knowledgeable about products and as we needed a certain size double (not bulky) to fit area at home he pointed out ones to fit and was extremely friendly and polite
