Excellent service by cane, he helped us last year when we bought a bed and we were so pleased he was there this time

Very helpful about type of mattress required and pillows required for a very good night's rest.

It was just a really pleasant experience. Kane the sales assistant was great and not pushy but understanding and knowledgeable. We had the children with us and the colouring area at the back of the store was perfect to keep them happy.

Jon was extremely helpful from the start assisting us with choosing the correct frame. Very efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend him.

We were greeted as we entered and asked if we needed any advice. Having said we were looking for a mattress Kane took time to understand our needs and put us on the sleepmatch bed and then showed us several of the options. Kane had an excellent knowledge of the products and was able to quickly identify a suitable mattress. We were also given time to try other mattress options to make sure this was the correct choice. We felt Kane was genuinely interested in making sure we selected the right product. Having found a suitable mattress we were offered a drink and given time to decide if we wanted to purchase.

The staff were very friendly and helpful didn't rush us and gave us time to make our decision.

I was very impressed with the service given, with the matching service and with the choice of mattresses. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted but the knowledge and friendliness of Jackie who assisted me made the trip a very pleasant experience. I am very much looking forward to receiving my new mattress!

From the minute we walked in to the store, straight away we was asked if we would like Tea or Coffee, It was a perfect cup of tea, we was then told about the machine that helps get the right mattress for us, we were then left to look around on our own, which we find very important to be left alone to talk about what we liked, knowing that we could ask any questions if needed. We then laid on the machine which took about five minutes from when we answered questions to let us know what mattress would suit us. Jackie showed us the chosen mattress's which we tried and liked, after choosing the frame, we ordered it, delivery was within five days , Perfect, thank you, Roy Perkins

Kane the salesman that helped us was extremely helpful. Listened to what we wanted, stayed within our budget. He also didn’t pressure us at all gave us time to think. While we tried the sleep match he gave our daughter some colouring to keep her entertained. Definitely recommend doing to Dreams in Exeter Devon

It’s a long time since we bought a new mattress, we had previously been to Dreams with our daughter when she bought one and were impressed with the service. We were highly satisfied from start to finish
