Our sales person Carl was very informative and explained our choices in an uncomplicated way we tried other beds but came back to his first recommendation. we are looking forward hopefully to a better nights sleep

Very efficient and focused assistance in finding a suitable product, good communication and knowledge about products and related issues. Availability of product very good with competitive prices, not too much sales talk but good promotion of Company and products with clear information.

Though we was assisted mostly by one employee. we found all of them to be very friendly and welcoming as we was shopping for the perfect mattress which they did provide. the colleague we dealt with, kane was very knowledgeable in which product he thought would be best for my partner and I.

The salesman was very friendly. Kept it simple and went through the options available. Gave a choice of dates. He was not pushy and gave ample time to make a decision.

Excellent customer service. We chose to look around on our own until we were ready to make a decision and this was respected. When we needed to speak to an advisor to order Jackie was extremely helpful.
