Dreams - Exeter

We were welcomed into the Exeter store very well and was given plenty of time to walk around and test various products. Every question was answered confidently and we were even provided with a hot drink. This was the first tome purchasing a mattress and pillows and was very satisfied with the assistance given but at the the same time the space needed to journey around the shop. Great service given with a smile!

Jackie enabled me to choose a mattress that was just right for me, with no previous knowledge required!

I entered the store with a preconceived notion of what mattress softness I wanted (hard). Jon suggested that I would be best to use the electronic sleep bed to judge what I needed. When this came back with super soft, Jon was sympathetic to my preferences and the difference in size between myself and my partner - he came up with a compromise which suits me perfectly

Met by a member of staff called Jon who was very friendly and helpful who guided us to getting the right mattress for our needs, he was NOT pushy or interested in making a quick sale. Jon made sure we knew the kind of mattress we should purchase for our best needs and made sure our money was best spent on the right mattress. All members of staff were polite and had a smile on their faces and Jon who dealt with us had very good knowledge on the product in question, well don do Jon and the dreams team. Jason Margrett

At no point did I feel pressured and in fact read about the products overnight and placed my order the next day. Pleasurable experience from start to finish.

Not hassled in any way but staff were readily available and knowledgable

From moment enter store pleasant John help me decide what was best for me I left store to think over process what I require and return next day to buy what I had seen tried under no pressure at all which helps

Firstly we have a nice welcome from Kane and he was very knowledgable and friendly without being pushy. We only went for a look and ended up buying a bed frame, mattress and two bedside cabinets! We also go a nice coffee. Very quick at placing order etc. Would recommend dreams to our friends. High class experience.
