Dreams - Exeter

Lovely staff. Jacqueline and her team helped us pick a bed for our needs. Especially as we had been to every bed shop in Exeter at least three times over.

A member of staff who was dealing with me was very friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and Inwas impressed with his knowledge about the product I decided to buy.

Jon came over straight away and helped us, told us what bed we needed and couldn’t have been more helpful

The first approach was appropriate to our needs. We then spent time perusing and was offered a cuppa that we could wander at leisure with. Having gathered our thoughts we Jon then helped pin point our specific needs with his knowledge and the machine.

My mum and I were highly satisfied because all the Dreams staff were lovely and helpful without being pushy. We were offered a cup of tea which was a fab touch and left to browse as long as we wanted. We initially discussed our options with Jon (who was fantastic), but when we were ready to make a purchase, he was helping another customer. We went to another female colleague, however, instead of taking our order herself, she went and got Jon as he was nearly finished with the other customer, so he could put through our order. We felt this showed great, generous team spirit and felt very honourable in this day and age!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about my needs and the product range on offer.

The gentleman that served us was superb took the time to understand our needs and gave us options when exploring each product his name was Kane and he worked at the Exeter store
