The differences in beds were thoroughly explained and the staff were very knowledgeable.

Staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. No pressure to buy the most expensive product, he was truly trying to find what was right for us.

Kane gave exceptional service, with a good range of products to offer. Questioning skills were great and I feel our needs were meet.

The salesman was very efficient and knowledgeable about your products and was able to help me chose a very satisfactory product.

I'm highly satisfied with the experience at Dreams because the staff was all kind and friendly and offered me and greeted me and support worker and offered drinks and I found a match for my bed and pillow and I will sleep well now thank you so much. Jacqueline employee was very friendly and lovely and kind and polite and other employees made us me and my support worker welcome too and the employee offered me and my support worker a drink coffee or tea and was very polite and helpful and had knowledge of all beds and services. I'm very pleased and satisfied that the service was very quick and fast and easy and experienced no problems.

Kane did everything he could to understand our needs. He was pleasant and helpful throughout the visit. We ended up spending over twice as much as we had originally budgeted for but are extremely hopeful that the bed we have ordered will meet our expectations.

Tatum was very friendly ,attentive and certainly knew her subject inside out. The store set up is relaxed and conducive to the customer being able to consider the options properly and try out the goods without pressure.

Friendly, helpful staff. Offered a hot drink several times! No pressurised sales techniques, just informative & practical. Given useful options, then given time to test beds and make a decision. Ordering was swift and straightforward. Have had to change the delivery date, but again this was no problem and done swiftly over the phone. We’ll definitely be back for our next bed purchase.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. You didn't feel pressured and were happy to talk through any questions. We were advised according to information shared with your colleuge to make sure the product was right for us.
