Only issue was we were unable to select the finance option due to the system not working at that time. We had to come back to the shop before the delivery date however as the shop is quite far away from us, this wasn’t possible. We paid the full amount on the spot which was doable and didn’t make a difference however that was the only tiny issue I would identify.

Bought just what I was looking for in the price range that suited me

We were greeted in a really friendly way by the member of staff who helped us. She gave us some time to browse offering us a cup of tea while we looked around, then when we had narrowed down our decision, she discussed options with us. She was really knowledgeable and helped us to look at which options would be suitable. The staff member who helped us was SO friendly throughout and really helped us to make our decision. The process of ordering was quick and simple and we were helped with anything we were confused about. I am waiting for my order to arrive but the tone schedule really worked with when I wanted the product to arrive so it was perfect. I am so happy with everything at Dreams and feel I have got a lovely purchase at a really good price. Thank you for your fantastic service!

The sales manager was very good at explaining the different types of mattresses

The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and the frames and mattresses we were interested in were available for us to try. The store is easy to get to, with free parking, and the late opening times meant that we could go in an evening when the store is quieter.

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable in the products,even tried one of the NASA mattresses, wow. Very impressed .. went in store on the off chance you would have a single mattress which would suit me for the spare room.. even bought one with a gel pillow,and a topper suitable for hot flushes lol.. I don't usually go in for the extras ,but very pleased with purchases.. and trust me I don't usually go in for the sales pitch of extras lol .. sales assistant Tatum very friendly and listened to what I wanted . 10out of 10 ..

Lovely, friendly staff.. No hurry to rush us out of the store after entering closing time also, excited for the new mattress to arrive and finally have a good night's sleep!

Lovely friendly welcome from staff. Offered a drink at several points during our visit. Fantastic sleepmatch tool which we loved the science behind. A wide range of mattress and pillow options to meet our specific phyiscal and financial needs. Payment process was smooth and simple. We felt very comfortable and not at all pressured into buying. We came into the store wanting a single and king size mattress and we left the store purchasing exactly that plus a great feeling of being look after by fantasic staff. Thank you Kane and Exeter Dreams - we can't wait for our delivery!!!

Customer service was really excellent. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, and he was clearly very knowledgeable about the products.
