Dreams - Exeter

Our customer adviser Dale was very helpful and friendly. He thoroughly explained all of our needs based on our sleeping styles after using the Dreams assessor pod. Dale showed us many options of mattresses and frames based on our preferences, and we felt confident we were making the right decisions and we were impressed with Dale’s expertise. We were in the store for quite some time, and Dale was patient and kind enough to make us cups of tea while we browsed the items. We did not feel rushed at all and appreciated the one to one service. When filling out the paperwork for the purchase, Dale was efficient and clearly explained everything as we went along. Dale explained all of the benefits of a warranty and various other purchasing options and we are very glad that he did so, as we really feel we’ve made the best thought out decisions with his help. Dale went so far as to arrange a phone charger for us when ours had run out of battery.

As soon as we entered the store we were acknowledged and greeted. The young lady asked if we needed help , her name was Sophie, and she was knowledgeable and very helpful, showing us a wide range of products. Once we had decided one one item but we’re not sure about another she showed us an alternative which we went for. She proceeded to process our sale with efficiency we were more than happy with her service. I hope the delivery goes as smoothly.

Friendly staff. Well looked after without being overbearing.

We were looked after from the moment we entered the store. The sales assistant, Sophie, went out of her way to help us and give us all the options available and talk about price comparisons. She also dealt well with our indecision! We were unsure about exactly what we wanted but Sophie was super helpful and knew what she was talking about. We asked a couple of questions that she didn’t immediately know the answer to, but she found the answer for us. We couldn’t fault our experience with her.

We visited the Exeter branch and were looked after by Dale. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t feel pressured to buy. He could see that what we wanted was a little out our price range so he found an alternative. We were really impressed by him.

Good experience

It was a calm and friendly atmosphere, the sales people were kind and welcoming, and offered my husband and me a drink. We were given helpful advice and allowed to try different mattresses. The most important aspect in our opinion, was that we needed to be listened to, and not pressured into a higher price point purchase than we couldn't really afford. We came away from Dreams, the second visit, feeling very well taken care of. The sales person named Jacqueline was a great listener, and showed us exactly what we had in mind, and also gave us the pros and cons, and it was very very helpful.
