We received a very warm welcome and whilst we got the full 'salesperson treatment', it was pitched perfectly... Very well explained, thorough knowledge of what makes a good night's sleep and friendly throughout. We had an excitable 6 year old with us and she was included in the fun experience of testing out mummy and daddy's next mattress. After the impressive tech to determine which mattresses would suit our body shapes and sleeping preference, we were quickly able to refine our choice and there was no pushiness to go for the top of the range and we were even offered the lower price options so that we could reassure ourselves that we were making a fully informed decision. The payment process went well with good explanation of the options / add ons but again without pressure to go for platinum standard.
