I am very happy to be a customer of Dreams Exeter. I received excellent advice and support from Jackie. She helped me get the king-sized bed and mattress of my dreams. Now having assembled the products, on my own, at home I can confirm how great value for money Dreams' products are! The mattress I bought was heavy and thick- well filled with a lot of springs and made of natural materials. That is a recipe for a good night's sleep! (Whitfield K mattress and Wilson K silver Ottomon bed with under storage)

I booked an appointment online & the staff were expecting me. They went through the government guidance with masks & gloves supplied along with sanitiser - excellent. They were very helpful showing me options in the style I wanted. No pressure to purchase & speedy delivery which is great. Couldn’t fault them.

We let Rob (Store Manager) know we wanted bunk beds for when our grandchildren stay. He was very knowledgeable on both the bunk beds and mattresses. We were not aware of the types of mattresses available specifically for children and are very pleased with the ones we have ordered.
