Rob (the manager) and Jon were really friendly and helpful! Jon understood what mattress we needed and his knowledge was second to none. We were given time to make up our minds and at no point we were put under pressure. We were also given the best protection under the circumstances too.

The salesman Rob was very knowledgable about the product and treated me with utmost respect taking into consideration that I am 86 and disabled. He and my daughter discussed my need of a new mattress in detail and I did end up having something quite different to what I had imagined. It is a foam memory mattress and firm, compared to the one I have been sleeping on for the past 8 years. I have now slept on it for 3 nights and believe it is now a case of getting used to a firmer mattress as it is difficult for me to turn over but I have to say I have slept reasonably well so far. I was most impressed by your store, the layout, the virus precautions and the attentive staff, particularly Rob who certainly knows his subject thoroughly. Thank you for such a nice introduction to your company
