Dreams - Exeter

Firstly came into store back in January and was persuaded to use the special avatar bed experience. This was really good to identify what we needed and try and test different mattress. After returning today as we are closer to moving into our new house we were reconnected again with Jackie again which I liked the personal touch. The cleaning of beds and new pillow cases per customer made the experience so much better, you felt cleaner during the service. Would be great if the cleaning after every use continued!

From the outset of our visit, Jon made us at ease with the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, and even offered us light refreshments. Having made him aware of our requirements, he profiled us on a demonstration bed, which allowed us to narrow down the type of mattress we required. His knowledge was exceptional, answering all our questions with relative ease. Given his first-rate service, he also provide advice on the range of pillows and equally sofa beds - resulting in us making further purchases. Tatum took us through a seamless payment process, explaining the myriad of options. In sum, both Jon and Tatum were nothing short of exceptional, catering for all our needs. Rob (the manager) and Jon were really friendly and helpful! Jon understood what mattress we needed and his knowledge was second to none. We were given time to make up our minds and at no point we were put under pressure. We were also given the best protection under the circumstances too.
