The sales assistant listened to me needs and offered products that suited my needs. Nothing was too much trouble and it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. I felt very valued as a customer!

We used the sleep system and then the staff directed us to the mattresses to try. We were left to try these without interference and to make our own decision. They knew about all the different products and the safety measures in store were great.

Very pleasant experience. The sales assistant Jackie was most helpful and very pleasant. Everything explained clearly. plenty of chance to try and compare different beds. Bottle of water very welcome. i did not feel pressurised into buying anything.
