We were greeted in a friendly manner. Offered PPE prior to entering the store. We explained what we were after and shown options. We ending up buying the bed we went in for, but good to know the choices.

Jon greeted us on entering the store, he was friendly and very approachable, he asked what we were looking for and then guided us through our options in a relaxed manner, at no time did we feel under any pressure. There was mutual light hearted conversation with some humour, this was well judged on his part. The conclusion being that we purchased a new bed ! Unusual for us to make a significant purchase like this on the first time of looking. Thank you Jon.
