Given time to explain various medical conditions and sleeping preferences and advice around that. Taking heed of my specific dislikes such as memory foam as wary I will get hot which still have issues with so avoid them in case. I was not shown that option at al despite mentioning there were improvements in coolness. Friendly and open service.

The shop was clean and tidy and assistants couldbt have been more helpful yet not at all pushy allowing us all the time we needed to make our choice
