I was greeted at the door by Rob who asked if I would like a bottle of water and explained about following the arrows etc for social distancing. He explained about the sleepmatch which I used. After saying which mattress I would like he offered me the pillow to match at half price. A very good 1st time experience. Would thoroughly recommend to family and friends to visit Dreams
