My greeting was warm and agreeable, after a telephone conversation to determine my requirements the product was waiting for me on arrival at the store. The store was welcoming even though these current times. Also store was also very smart and clean something I feel vital to attract anyone to shop in Dreams stores and after overhearing my assistant finishing a deal with another and how satisfied he was with his process I feel this person deserves to progress in their working life.

John (our advisor) was both extremely friendly and knowledgeable in his product knowledge. He took the time to understand my wife's medical needs and combined them with the computer readings which resulted in our finding of a superb mattress. I was greeted at the door by Rob who asked if I would like a bottle of water and explained about following the arrows etc for social distancing. He explained about the sleepmatch which I used. After saying which mattress I would like he offered me the pillow to match at half price. A very good 1st time experience. Would thoroughly recommend to family and friends to visit Dreams
