Jackie Pells ran us through everything we wanted and asked, in a safe, professional and very informative manner.

We visited Dreams in February and were extremely impressed with the help and knowledge of a member of staff named Tatum who really went out of her way to help us understand our needs for what we were looking for and then came lockdown so weren’t able to visit the store until recently when we met Rob the manager and Jackie who also helped my wife and I to take our time and guided in the right direction for what we were looking for.

The store was welcoming even though these current times. Also store was also very smart and clean something I feel vital to attract anyone to shop in Dreams stores and after overhearing my assistant finishing a deal with another and how satisfied he was with his process I feel this person deserves to progress in their working life.

John (our advisor) was both extremely friendly and knowledgeable in his product knowledge. He took the time to understand my wife's medical needs and combined them with the computer readings which resulted in our finding of a superb mattress. I had only intended to look at the time but was so impressed I had to buy.
