We ware served by Jon at Exeter branch and he was right on point, very knowledge. We came with something in mind but he advise us on to a deferent direction and I think it was a good decision. We are yet to receive our mattress.

We were greeted at the door by Jackie she explained about social distancing and allowed us to browse at our pace and just let her know when we needed any help, this was a good experience Jackie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and this helped us make up our minds.
