Both Rob and Tatum at the Exeter Dreams branch were brilliant. They were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with our purchase and can't wait to sleep in our new bed. We will be recommending the store to our friends and family.

Jackie was great in welcoming us and explaining the safety guidelines of the store. She talked us through the different products and explained the sleep match, which we did. She listened to our opinions and offered alternatives to suit us. We were really happy with our chosen mattress and ordered it. The ordering process was fast, though we only wish the delivery date wasn't so far away.
