We were greeted immediately we entered the store by the very knowledgeable Rob who was friendly, understanding, professional and kind although the shop was busy and there was only two staff we were still looked after satisfactorily overall a good experience

The staff were friendly, extremely helpful and help make us choose a bed and mattress that we wouldn't ordinarily have thought about.

Customer service was excellent! Felt very safe in Tatum's care, with her knowledge and safety precautions. I went in not having any idea what I wanted, the sleep match was excellent and the amount of beds you had for testing was amazing. She pointed me in the right direction and gave me the best pillow. Very very satisfied.

Both Rob and Tatum at the Exeter Dreams branch were brilliant. They were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with our purchase and can't wait to sleep in our new bed. We will be recommending the store to our friends and family.
