From the time the advisor rob was free he gave me time to tell him what I wanted my bed to do and then advised accordingly and explained in a good way what would work best for me and why .When we went to take the bill he offered me a bottle of water which was gratefully received with all the mask wear at the moment .Small things take the customer service to the next level in my opinion .

The staff were friendly and courteous. The store looked clean and social distancing guidelines were implemented well. The Dreams colleague, Jon, was helpful and made the purchase transaction run smoothly.

Your sales assistant, Jackie, was very knowledgeable and attentive, she explained the benefit of the mattress computer system and explained to my son and I how it worked.
