Staff were very helpful and friendly but not in your face. Felt well looked after and at ease with everything they said and did to make this a pleasure to shop there!

Excellent customer service given to myself from Jackie. At no time did I feel pressured or hurried to make my decision to purchase any particular mattress. I felt Jackie went 'the extra mile' in ensuring I was comfortable with the selection experience and was mindful of the social distancing etiquette.
